These HILLSIDE DELUXE rooms are spacious and individually designed. Some rooms have the living room and the bedroom widely open to each other while others have a separation wall between the living room and the bedroom.

The new HILLSIDE DELUXE rooms have ocean views. The old HILLSIDE DELUXE rooms are closed, and have louvered doors and windows, a separate lounge and balcony. The old HILLSIDE DELUXE rooms have a view of the Pitons as well as the ocean.

This suite is unique to Anse Chastanet because it is directly on the beach. The beach house is located at
North of Anse Chastanet beach. From your furnished terrace, you can sit or lie down
to relax, while admiring the crystal clear water of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets.

The interior is bright and fresh while letting the soft Caribbean sun through the doors and windows

The decoration pays tribute to the heritage of the island of Saint Lucia, which has seen its governance alternate 14 times
between the French and the English. From the beach, all you have to do is climb a few steps of carved stone, pass

The common areas and rooms are decorated exclusively of original works created by local artists, colorful murals, ceilings, sky, flower panels, wall plates and carved wooden sculptures

Born this artistic passion, a real art gallery was created at the hotel. The exhibitions are renewed every two months.

Participate in the development of chocolate in our laboratory with our pastry chef. There are more than 1500
cocoa trees spread over the Anse Mamin plantation and the organic farm of the "Emerald Estate" hotel. We
have been producing our own organic chocolate for the last 3 years. The opening of our laboratory
chocolate now allows our customers to participate themselves in the production of chocolate.

Various activities based around chocolate are conducted throughout the year. We invite you to
take part in our chocolate tasting workshops, which focus on different flavors and scents.
You can also participate in an excursion to the Emerald farm and then create your own truffles in the
chocolate laboratory.

A weekly calendar of our culinary activities for our guests is available. Some classes
are free, others with a supplement.
