On the ground floor of the Colonial House, a "Suite" has 2 double rooms with a king size bed (2m x 2m) and 2 beds (90cm) independent; a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, 2 triple rooms with a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (90 cm), each have a separate bathroom located just steps away on the landing of each room.

Each room has individual air conditioning, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, a dressing room and refrigerator.

For children 0-11 years old, accommodation is free breakfast. (Maximum 2 children in the suite and 1 child in triple room).
Children 3 to 11 years also receive 50% off dinner.

The 3 cottages of Jardin Malanga have 2 independent bedrooms and a children's room upstairs, communicating with one of the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs.

Continental breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. On the menu, fresh fruit juices, pastries, tropical fruits... the ideal cocktail for discovering the many riches of Guadeloupe's fauna and flora.

Dinners on reservation are prepared by our chef Médéric in the form of a single menu. A tasty combination of Creole and French cuisine featuring local products such as fruits, vegetables and spices. The Chef adapts his cuisine every day according to the seasons and the fresh products available on the markets. Delicate and refined dishes, a treat for the taste buds as much as for the eyes.

The table d'hôtes is closed every Wednesday evening. However, we suggest that you discover the various restaurants open near the hotel. Breakfast is provided every morning.

On Wednesday evening, the closing day of the table d'hôte Le Panga, take advantage of the idyllic setting of Jardin Malanga and opt for a picnic in your room, to be enjoyed on your terrace.

This delicious picnic consists of a cold menu concocted by the chef, and a 1/2 bottle of wine selected by us (possibility of a supplement of water or any other drink that will make you happy)…

Enough to awaken the taste buds of epicureans!

Your meal trays will be made available to you between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., to be enjoyed in your room or outside, with the island of Les Saintes and the tropical garden of Jardin Malanga for a view. (25€ per person - service on order).

On occasion, you will also be seduced by the restaurants of the picturesque and authentic village of Trois-Rivières.
