The Interlude is located in a beautiful open space rocked by the winds in front of the beautiful beach of Long Bay. It is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. with a wide selection of the most refined dishes inspired by French and Creole. The bread is homemade! The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

The Trellis is like a french bistro, opened its doors 5 nights / week for dinner. 

Long Bay Bar, Moroccan-inspired, while mosaics and wall hangings in bright colors, welcomes you from 9:30 to 0:00 to enjoy cocktails or champagne. 

In-room dining is also available 24 hours a day. A children's menu is available from 12 noon to 9 pm daily.
