Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, charges will be retained according to the time between the dates of cancellation:

- If the reservation is cancelled: total amount of the deposit.
- In case of No show: the total amount of the stay is due.

• Small dogs of 5 kg maximum accepted (15 € per stay)
• Tourist tax to be paid on the spot: 1,20€/person/night
• Please contact the incoming agency one week before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organise the handing over of the keys.
• Once you have arrived at your destination, please call us and go directly to your rental location or to the agreed meeting point.
• The deposit will be returned to the credit card account within 24/48 hours after your departure.
