The 4 rooms, all with bathroom, include a master bedroom, located on the lowest level, and another one, located on the upper level, both with private entrance. Two bedrooms of equal size are located on the main level and on either side of the living area. Each bedroom opens onto the terrace. The master has a double bed, and the others have French kings. All have at least a partial ocean view, TVs with American satellite service and a Blue Tooth station.

Cancellation conditions :

The deposits of the villas are NOT refundable. In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be applied to other dates when the villa is available.

• Rates are subject to change without notice. VS: April 15 to December 14 - HS: December 15 to April 14. Christmas: all stays including Christmas and/or New Year.
• NET RATES ALL INCLUDED (no extra charges). Includes the tourist tax (5%), reception at the airport, accompaniment to the villa, 24-hour assistance, concierge service, cleaning service every day except Sunday and holidays, household and beach linen changed regularly.
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm the rental. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• Arrivals (from 3 p.m.) and departures (before noon) are accepted every day. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Stays of less than 7 nights (14 nights at Christmas) are subject to negotiation, the "prorata temporis" rule cannot be applied. Car rental is strongly recommended.
