Noé is a true luxury vacation home and offers every amenity. It is fully air-conditioned and its large infinity pool is delightful. The pool level offers a unique cabana for shade and a special spot for dining alfresco and a nice BBQ area is located below it. The villa has two original spaces for meals and relaxation. One in the privacy of the villa and the other next to the heated swimming pool (annual solar heating), overlooking the superb ocean view.

• Occupancy defines the number of room(s) used, i.e. the number of people (2 per room maximum) occupying the villa during the stay.
• Net all-inclusive prices including tourist tax (5%), airport pickup, accompaniment to the villa, 24-hour assistance, "concierge service", cleaning service every day (except Sundays and public holidays), linen and beach towels changed regularly.
• A deposit of 25% of the rental price is required for any confirmation. The balance of the rental is due 60 days before arrival.
• Cancellation: The sums paid are not refundable.

• In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival at the latest, these sums can be applied for a later stay in the same villa, subject to availability.
• Arrivals (from 15H00) and departures (no later than 12H00) every day. Minimum stay of 4 nights.
• Stays of less than 7 nights (14 nights at Christmas) are subject to special negotiation, the "prorata temporis" rule may not be applied. Car rental is strongly recommended.
