Situated on the hills of Grand Bourg, the Bielle distillery is the best known distillery of Marie Galante. Established at the end of the 19^th century, it has retained the Guadeloupe tradition continuing to manufacture agricultural rum from a pure cane juice.

At the distillery, you can discover the various plant facilities, the cart drivers discharging their oxcarts, and the different stages of manufacture of the rum.

After the tour you can taste the different rums, such as the coconut rum, the chocolate rum … as well as its famous schrubb.
