Saint Barthelemy was discovered by Christopher Columbus who gave it the name of his brother and with its 25km² is the smallest island in the French Caribbean.
Its mountainous and dry landscape is covered by pastures punctuated by rocks, deeply indented bays and small villages with white houses, roofed with red and green tiles.
With all its unique character, this small island has naturally developed an up market tourism.
Situation
* At the north east, on the Pointe Milou, in a very quiet and residential part of the island. By the Caribbean sea, in a bay protected from the trade winds, with a view across to deserted islands and to St Martin, facing the setting sun, the hotel profits from an exceptional environment and setting.
* Next to the sea, it is 2 km from the beaches and 15 minutes from the capital Gustavia.
* 10 minutes from the airport of Gustavia. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport.
Description
* The hotel is decorated in a neo-colonial inspired style, small and preserving the intimacy of its clientele.

* 370m² soft water exterior overflow swimming pool (max depth 1.40 m), with cascade, (the largest on the island) with a pool for children separated from the large pool by a small island, with teak loungers, cushions and parasols.

* 41 bedrooms on 2 levels, in 4 categories (Classic and superior, on the ground floor (30m²) / Panoramic, on the first floor (34m²) and suites).
- The classic bedrooms have a view on to the tropical garden; the superior rooms are slightly elevated and accessible by stairs; the panoramic rooms have an uninterrupted sea view.
- All the bedrooms have a balcony or a covered terrace of 12m², with lounges in teak.
- 16 twin bedrooms, 23 double bedrooms and 2 suites.
- 1 family suite (60 m²) on the second level with a covered terrace (35 m²). Large view on the pool and the ocean with 2 bedrooms and 1 air conditioned bathroom and a double terrace.
- 1 ‘Aloe’ suite (70 m²) with a covered terrace (12 m²) and external deck (10 m²). Ocean view, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower and toilets separated) on one end and on the other end, living room with desk & sofa bed, toilets, shower and dressing room.
- 4 communicating bedrooms on the ground floor.
- 3 bedrooms with facilities for handicapped people.
- All the beds are of ‘King Size’
- A ‘baby crib’ (up to 3 years old) or a rolloway bed (free for children of less than 12) can be supplied.
