Challenge conditions It includes a period for the sale date (booking window) and a period for the holiday dates (booking travel), to determine the validity of the challenge - Each booking made during these periods of validity of the game, mentioned above, will be entered for the challenge - 1 booking is equivalent to a holiday of a minimum of 6 nights in one of the hotels of the “Des Hôtels & des Iles” group only - 5 booking = 1 KADEOS gift voucher (FNAC, Printemps, La redoute, Conforma, etc …) - 9 booking = a 2nd gift voucher, 13 bookings = a 3rd gift voucher etc…. 1 gift voucher for each of the 4 bookings sold - At the end of the challenge, the application form must be returned completed and signed. Each application form will be verified by the Des Hôtels et des Iles office in Paris, which of course is available for your contact throughout the challenge. The gift vouchers, will be sent personally to the winners at the address of the travel agent. You will be able to win many prizes
BEST SELLER A challenge From the first group confirmation (minimum 20 persons on half board the day of the departure), the sales agent or the technician enters the “BEST SELLER” competition. To enter the game, you must register by completing the pdf form downloadable below (pdf file) and fax it to us at +33 1 45 61 46 29. Only when you have done this, is your inscription valid. Download the entry form With the second group confirmed with our group central reservation department in Paris, we will offer youa Kadéos check with a face value of 10 euros, valid in the stores: FNAC, CONFORMA, PRINTEMPS … Then for each of the 4 groups confirmed you will receive another KADEOS voucher with a face value of 10 euros. The gift vouchers will only be sent to the sales agent, when the group settles its account. *only one person per group booking can receive the prize(s). BEST SELLER B challenge At the end of the year the best “group” sales agent, he/she who has confirmed the most departing “groups” (not the most people), will win a 7 night holiday for 2 persons, accommodation and breakfast, valid for 1 year, according to the availability in one of our hotels, from the date of winning the prize.
