The villa rental price includes :

- Maid service everyday, house linen and beach towels changed regularly

- 24 / 7 assistance service

- Conciergerie is available to guests, as well as a Chef and a butler in additional cost

- The stay starts at 14:30 on the day of arrival and the end at 12:00 on departure day. Arrivals and departures are every day. Minimum stay is 4 days.

- Stays of less than 7 days ( 14days at Christmas) have special negotiation, the rule of "pro rata" can not be applied.
