Terms of cancelation:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, costs will be retained depending on the time between the cancellation dates:

- If the reservation is canceled: total amount of the deposit.
- In case of No show: the entire stay remains due.

We ask you to get in touch with the incoming agency one week before your arrival in order to communicate your arrival time (flight / boat number if applicable) in order to organize the delivery of the keys.

Once you arrive at your destination, please call us and go directly to the location of your rental or to the agreed meeting point.

In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible. Contact the agency to agree the time.
