Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be charged according to the time between the dates of cancellation:

- If the reservation is cancelled: total amount of the deposit.
- In case of No show: the total amount of the stay is due.

• Hours of arrival:

every day from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

• Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Please contact the reception agency one week before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organize the handing over of the keys.
• Once you have arrived at your destination, please call us and go directly to the place of your rental or to the agreed meeting point.
• The deposit will be returned to your credit card account within 24/48 hours of your departure.
• VAT included in the price of the accommodation.
