Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be charged according to the time between the dates of cancellation:

- If the reservation is cancelled: total amount of the deposit.
- In case of No show: the total amount of the stay is due.

• Please contact the incoming agency one week before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to arrange the handing over of the keys.

• In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible. Please contact the agency to agree on the time.
• Tourist tax not included in the price.
• Return of the deposit in person, if this is not possible, by bank transfer.
