Having 4 bedrooms with their private bathroom, the villa Arte Guadeloupe will be able to accommodate 8 privileged people who will sleep on high quality hotel bedding. Each room has been carefully decorated by its owner, an inspired and inspiring artist. The furniture is sourced from all over the world and makes the uniqueness of this villa.

The rooms are of course air-conditioned and each one has a special soul: sea view or garden view, you will appreciate.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom - ground floor - King size bed (180 x 200 cm), air-conditioned, bathroom with shower and toilet, dressing room, terrace access and sea view.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be charged according to the time between the dates of cancellation:

- If the reservation is cancelled: total amount of the deposit.
- In case of No show: the total amount of the stay is due.

Additional notes:

• Hours of arrival: 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
• Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Please contact the incoming agency one week before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organize the handing over of the keys.
• Once you have arrived at your destination, please call us and go directly to the place of your rental or to the agreed meeting point.
• The deposit will be returned to your credit card account within 24/48 hours of your departure.
• VAT included in the price of the accommodation.
• Animals not allowed.
• Visitor's tax to be paid on site: 3,00€ /adult/night
• Service charge: 5% of the reservation
• Travel Cancellation Insurance: 2.5% of the reservation (optional)
