Located on Basse Terre at the foot of the Soufrière, the Bologne distillery has kept the name of the owners of the XVII th and XVIII th centuries. It produces one of the best agricultural rums of Guadeloupe from cane (vescou)

The annual production is 14,000 hl and it is largely carried out manually and without roasting in order to maintain the purity of the taste.

The distillery produces 5 kinds of rum always focussing on the ecology.
