Rules for the “Content Creators Contest – @frenchwanderers, @lesdroners 2026”

Article 1 - Organizing company

LEADER HOTELS, operating under the trade name DES HOTELS ET DES ILES, with a capital of 7,622.45 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B339 261 695, and having its registered office at P/O CREOLE BEACH – BP 61 / 97190 Gosier – Guadeloupe (hereinafter the “Organizing Company”), is organizing from May 1, 2026, to May 17, 2026, through 6:00 p.m. (inclusive), Metropolitan France time, a free, no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes-style contest titled “Content Creators Contest –@frenchwanderers, @lesdroners 2026” on the Instagram pages: @latoubanahotelandspa, @lacreolebeachhotelandspa, @frenchwanderers, @lesdroners, and @flycorsair, under the terms and conditions set forth below (hereinafter the “Contest”).

Article 2 - Participants

This Game is open to all individuals of legal age (as evidenced by their marital status) and capacity.

Any participation in this Game implies unreserved acceptance by the participants (hereinafter the "Participants") of these Rules (hereinafter the "Rules"), without any reservation or prior condition on the part of the candidate (failure to comply with the Rules will result in the pure and simple nullity of the candidate's participation and the awarding of any prizes).

Any entry in the Contest that is incomplete, does not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Rules, contains false, falsified, or incorrect information, or is submitted after the entry deadline (May 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. sharp, based on mainland France time) will not be considered and will be deemed invalid.

From May 10, 2026, through May 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. sharp, based on mainland France time, during which 1 (one) trip as described in Article 4 below may be won.

‍Article4 - Winning entries and prizes

4.1 Designation of the winner

A random drawing for the Contest will be held on May 17, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m., from among all valid entries submitted since May 10, 2026, that meet the conditions set forth in Section 3 of these Rules. The drawing will determine the winner of the following prize:  

Accommodations: A 4-night stay broken down as follows:
• 2 nights at La Toubana Hotel & Spa on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
• 2 nights at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

Transportation:
• 2 round-trip economy-class airline tickets provided by Corsair

In this respect, the participant designated as the winner certifies that the personal data he/she may be asked to provide are real and true. He/she also agrees to submit to any verification of the veracity of the contact details provided (telephone number, name, address, contact details, etc.), the definitive awarding of the prize being pronounced after said verifications.

The participant authorizes all verifications concerning his/her identity and domicile. To this end, the Organizing Company reserves the right to request any participant to provide a copy of documents attesting to these elements. Any false or erroneous declaration, in particular concerning contact details, will automatically result in the cancellation of the prize.

In addition, the Organizing Body reserves the right to cancel the entries of anyone who is registered several times under different identities or who provides inaccurate or manifestly inconsistent and/or fanciful information, and generally in the event of fraud.

By accepting the prize, the winner expressly authorizes the Organizing Company, free of charge, to use their first and last name in any medium, including commercial materials, for informational purposes, photo credits (unless expressly objected to), or promotional purposes related to the Contest until May 17, 2026. This authorization does not entitle the winner, under the aforementioned conditions, to any rights or financial compensation other than the awarding of the prize. It is hereby specified that the winner may withdraw their authorization under the conditions defined in Article 5.

4.2 Endowments

Please note that the average value of the prize is €3,600 (including tax). The following terms apply:
• There will be only one winner:
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item under any circumstances,

Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• The prize will be non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable,
• La Toubana Hotel & Spa: The two-night stay is valid for one year from the date of the drawing.
• La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa: The two-night stay is valid for one year from the date of the drawing.
• The stay is subject to availability and excludes certain periods
  
  • during the high season (December 18 through March 31)
  • School holidays in mainland France
  • Route du Rhum (November 1–10, 2026)
• Airfare is covered by Corsair in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth above. Airport-to-hotel-to-airport transfers are the responsibility of the winner,
• Any prize that is not used during its validity period will be forfeited,
• In the event of force majeure or any other circumstance beyond the Organizing Company’s control, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the planned prize with another prize of equivalent nature and value.

Corsair Terms and Conditions:
• Tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of the drawing.
• Valid for travel outside of school holidays in all zones, subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to travel via the following link: reseauxsociaux@corsair.fr.

4.3 Terms of delivery

The Game winner will be notified of the result by private message sent from the Instagram messaging service within one (1) day of the draw.

The Organizing Body may not be held liable for sending an e-mail to an incorrect address due to an error on the part of the participant, nor for the malfunction of the e-mail sending system. Nor can the Organizing Body be held liable for any change in the winner's e-mail address.

If the winner does not contact the Organizing Body in writing (e-mail, letter, etc.) within seven (7) days of the date on which he/she was first notified, the prize will be definitively forfeited.

Once the winner has accepted the prize, he/she will receive an e-mail confirming his/her win, with details of how to reserve/hand over the prize.

Article 5 - Personal data

In the context of the Game, the Organizing Body may collect participants' personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of article 34 of law no. 78-17 known as the "Loi Informatique et Libertés", all participants are informed that the personal information collected is necessary for their participation in this Game and is subject to computer processing. In this respect, the Organizing Company guarantees that the personal data collected will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation, including the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "RGPD").

The data collected may be communicated to service providers and subcontractors that the Organizing Body may call upon for the purposes of organizing and/or managing the Game. In this respect, the Organizing Body guarantees that the data collected by these service providers and subcontractors will be processed in compliance with the RGPD.

The participant is informed that he/she has the right to access, rectify, oppose or delete his/her personal data. These rights may be exercised by writing to Des Hôtels & Des Îles at the following address:

Participants who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Game will be deemed to have waived their right to participate.

Depending on the choices made by participants at the time of data collection, the data may also be used to inform participants of Des Hôtels & Des Îles news and commercial offers, it being specified here that winners may withdraw their authorization at any time by sending a letter to the Marketing Department whose contact details are given above.

Article 6 - Liability

The Organizing Body may cancel or suspend all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in connection with participation in the Game. In the event of misconduct or fraud on the part of a participant, the Organizing Body reserves the right to automatically disqualify any participation by the latter and/or the right not to award the prize to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts, without the latter being able to claim anything whatsoever.

However, the Organizing Company shall not be held liable in any way to participants if it is forced to shorten, extend, or cancel this Contest, or to modify its terms and conditions for any reason whatsoever. In particular, it shall be considered fraud for a participant to register and participate in the Contest under one or more fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties, as each participant must register and participate in the Contest under their own unique name.

The connection of any person to the Internet sites from which participation is made and participation in the Game is under the sole responsibility of the participants. It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on the computer used to take part in the Game against any attack.

The Organizing Body and its subcontractors decline all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize and/or due to its use and/or its consequences.

The Organizing Company acts as the sole organizer for the accommodation portion of the event. Responsibility for the provision, management, and execution of air transportation lies exclusively with Corsair. Under no circumstances shall the Organizing Company be held liable for any dispute, delay, or cancellation related to the transportation service.

Article 7 - Acceptance and availability of the Rules

Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of the Rules, available on the Des Hôtels & Des Iles website.  

To be taken into account, any disputes relating to the Rules must be made in writing and addressed to the Marketing Department of the Organizing Body, whose contact details are given in Article 5, no later than thirty (30) days after the closing date for participation in the Game as indicated in Article 3 of the Rules.

The complete Rules will be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them in writing to Des Hôtels & Des Îles 120 Rue La Boétie 75008 Paris.

Article 8 - Modification of the Regulations

The Organizing Body reserves the right to modify the Rules. In this case, the modifications made will be inserted in the Rules. These modifications will form an integral part of the Rules and will be considered as annexes thereto.

Article 9 - Applicable law - Jurisdiction

The Regulations are governed by French law.

Any difficulty relating to the application, interpretation or consequences of the Regulations will be settled by the competent court.
