The hotel organizes daily scheduled hikes & activities around Dominica – excursions to explore hidden waterfalls, natural hot springs, as well as the better-known Dominica attractions like theBoiling Lake (in the UNESCO World Heritage Site); other outdoor activities including kayaking, and snorkeling. On-Site activities at the hotel include Caribbean cooking classes, herbalpresentations & garden tours.

The beaches of Soufriere & Scott’s Head are a short drive from Jungle Bay(approx. 5 minutes).

Yoga

Jungle Bay is designed to host Yoga and other Wellness Retreats and has twoyoga studios 233m2 each -- the largest yoga facilities in the Caribbean. Dailyyogabeginner’s classes are offered at the hotel and are included in the JungleWellness Adventure Package.

Kayaking & snorkeling. Scuba diving (atan extra) is available 5 minutes from Jungle Bay (transfers will be organized by the hotel and are at no extra charge).

For French, European or foreign citizens, a valid passport must be presented or a visa if applicable and a return air ticket. The identity card is accepted for French nationals. All visitors must complete an immigration form to submit to the authorities on the site.

The climate is tropical and humid, with temperatures generally ranging from 26 C during the day in January to 32 C in June. The driest season runs from January to May. Hurricane season can extend from June to November.
